C&S Tonic #15 is our answer for the perfect companion to the classic Gin & Tonic cocktail. 

We spent over a decade in crafting this magical blend of savory herbs, peppercorns, baking spices, citrus and a collection of bitter barks and herbs into one of the best tonic syrups now available for your own home bar.

C&S Tonic #15 is a reference to the number of tonic syrups we've created since those days working in our kitchen in Brooklyn creating syrups for a variety of cocktail menus. 

C&S Tonic #15 works wonders with gin or tequila for the classic Tonic Highball and numerous other classic cocktails including Mexican 75, Rum Sour and Sazerac.

Flavor Profile:

• floral and herbaceous with a supple bitter finish
• baking spices including vanilla, cassia bark and allspice
• a nimble bouquet of citrus peels (lemon and orange)
• a slightly spicy finish complemented by white peppercorn, coriander and star anise

 Ingredients

sugar, water, peppercorns, allspice, cassia bark, cinchona bark, orange and lemon peel, fennel, juniper berries, lemon balm, citric acid, and potassium sorbate (preservative)

Tequila & Tonic (or Gin, if you prefer)

2 oz blanco tequila (or gin)
1/2 oz C&S Tonic #15
club soda and lime wedge

Add tequila (or gin) and C&S Tonic #15 to a Collins or rocks glass. Add ice and top wtih club soda. Stir for five to ten seconds. Squeeze a lime wedge into the glass and drink up. Repeat as desired.

Mexican 75

1 1/2 oz blanco tequila
1/2 oz C&S Tonic #15
1/2 oz lime juice
bubbles (cava, Prosecco, champagne)

Add tequila, C&S Tonic #15 and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake hard for five to ten seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe or flute glass. Top off with bubbles and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wheel.
